Terms of Use

Applies to all mobile applications published by Artem Lashkul, including MC Bedrock Mods (com.mcmodshub.app), MC Java Mods (com.mcmodshub.jav), MC Skins (com.mcmodshub.skinmaker) and PixWall (com.pixwall.app). Features differ between apps, so not every section below applies to every app.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and the Google Play Terms of Service.

3. The App Is a Content Browser

Our apps help you discover, download and — in some apps — create content (mods, add-ons, maps, textures, skins, resource/behaviour packs and similar) for Minecraft. Browsable content is created and hosted by third parties, including platforms such as CurseForge and Modrinth. We do not create, own, host or endorse that content, and we are not responsible for it.

4. Not Affiliated with Mojang / Microsoft

Our apps are unofficial and are not approved by or associated with Mojang Studios, Microsoft, or the makers of Minecraft. "Minecraft" is a trademark of Mojang Studios. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

5. Intellectual Property of Mods

All mods and browsable content remain the property of their respective authors and are subject to the authors' own licenses and the terms of the hosting platform. You are responsible for complying with those terms when you download or use any content. Skins and other content you create with the app are yours; AI-assisted generations are provided "as is", and you are responsible for how you use them.

6. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the app for any unlawful purpose or to infringe others' rights.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the app or its ad/analytics systems.
• Do not redistribute downloaded content in violation of the original author's license.
• If you post comments or create content, do not post or generate unlawful, infringing, sexual, hateful, harassing or spam material, or links/advertising. We moderate user content and may remove it, or restrict access, at our discretion.

7. Ads and In-App Purchases

The app is free and supported by advertising. Optional in-app purchases (such as removing ads, a temporary ad-free boost, or voluntary tips) are processed by Google Play. Purchases, refunds and cancellations are handled in accordance with the Google Play Terms of Service. Voluntary "tip" purchases are non-refundable and grant no additional functionality.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app and all third-party content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that mods will be compatible with your device or game version, or that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Artem Lashkul shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss or damage arising from your use of the app or any third-party content downloaded through it.

10. Termination

We may update or discontinue the app at any time. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
