SpotGames — is it up right now?

Brazilian server in Sao Paulo: bedwars, skywars, parkour I've been pinging mobile.spotgames.net every ten minutes since October 11, so everything below is something I measured, not something they told me.

Paste it exactly as it is — no http:// in front. Phones like to add one; Minecraft answers “Invalid server address” to it. Minecraft also asks for a Server Name: that is only a label in your own list, so type anything — “SpotGames” does fine.

What I actually know

• 287 people are playing there right now.
• It's busiest around 23:00 UTC and quietest around 08:00 UTC.
• It answered 99.6% of my checks over a week.
• The longest it stayed down in one go was 10 minutes, on October 16.
• The most I've ever seen there is 421 players, on October 18.

When people actually play there

Average players by hour, over the last 14 days. Times are UTC.

In short

• Free to join. All you need is Minecraft itself.
• Modes: minigames, bedwars, PvP, skyblock, survival.
• Chat there is mostly in Portuguese and English.
• The server itself sits in South America.

Others a bit like it

• DonutSMP 27,203 online
• The Hive 17,275 online
• The Hive (EU) 17,273 online

This server isn't mine — I only list it, and its chat, rules and staff are its own. What I can vouch for is the measuring: one packet every ten minutes, and if it goes quiet for half an hour it drops off the list by itself.
